We wanted to link the brand with familiar concepts that triggered fond memories for this employee engagement, so we pitched something that connected everyone to a memory we collectively hold dear, a live outdoor music festival. Enter Dropboxegen
Venue was key, we wanted a magical setting that had plenty of nooks and crannies for hidden surprises and a walled garden was essential (we’re not quite sure why children love them so much) for our festival village. The historic and award-winning estate of the K-Club provided the backdrop for a stellar line-up of live acts, outdoor entertainment and DJ’s.
After a day of curiosity, exploration and creativity it was over to the adults to light up the main stage, another hidden surprise nestled within a small island on the estate encircled by the River Liffey.
We simply had to throw on a surprise firework display as the campfires were lighting, drawing an epic party to a close that hit the right notes between pop-culture and business for staff to really unwind and hark back for a moment to memories of old.
The whole event was a roaring success! It was perfectly planned, well executed and was visually impressive. The boundless energy, enthusiasm and can-do attitude from Davis was a joy throughout the planning process and the amazing feedback we received afterwards from Dropboxers was a testament to their hard work and diligence. Dropbox and Davis truly collaborated on all sections of this event and the results were phenomenal.
