Where is the party? >>> The K Club, Staffan, Co. Kildare See Google Maps location here. Check out the hotel here - it's fancy!!
What should I expect at the party? >>>There will be food, drinks, live music, games, entertainment and hopefully sunshine! Everything that makes a phenomenal summer festival!
What entertainment will there be for children? >>>There will be a specific children's area with entertainment, activities, face painting, bouncing castles, games and much more!
How do I get to the party? >>>Buses will run from the office at 2pm/ 2.30pm direct to the K Club! If you're not getting the bus you can make your own way there! Taxis cannot be expensed.
How do I get home from the party? >>>Buses will run from the K Club back to Dublin from 8pm, every 45 minutes onwards. Ask our event staff on the night.
Can I stay at the hotel? >>> YES! The K Club is a fabulous 5* hotel and they're offering a special €200 B&s;B room deal (usually €299) for Dropbox employees wishing to stay. See details below on how to book:

If I stay in the hotel how will I get home on Saturday 29th of August? >>>We will have a bus running from The K Club back to Dublin at 12pm on Saturday after check-out!
What is the dress code? >>>Whatever you're comfortable in! The event is essentially a festival though so think music Summer Festival Chic!
How do I register? >>>Simply fill out the Registration Form here. We will have a guest-list on the door so all guests will need to be pre-registered or you won't be granted access to the festival.
Why do I need to register? >>>We need to know the numbers that will attend in advance, primarily for catering and budget purposes
What if I can't come, can I give my ticket to someone else? >>>No, as this is a team event you cannot transfer your ticket to others. If you have registered and can't make it after all, please let me know.
When do I have to register by? >>>Registration closes on Thursday 6th of August @ 5pm.
Who is invited to attend the party? >>>This event is open to all Dropbox EMEA employees.
Can partners & children attend? >>>Yes Dropboxers can bring their partners and their children!
What if my partner/children cannot arrive at 3:00pm? >>>If your partner and/or children cannot arrive at the event start don't worry. Once they're registered they will be on the guest-list.
Will there be facilities for babies? >>>There will be a baby-changing area available - nappies and baby food are not provided.
Is there a curfew for children attending the party? >>>No - we'll let you guys (the parents) decide when they should leave! :) Children's entertainment will stop at 8.30pm though and more adult focused content will begin so you may need to cover their little ears!
Is attendance mandatory? >>>No, attendance is not mandatory!
Food & Drink
Will there be food? >>>Yes, there will food for adults and children. Food will be on offer throughout the event with the main BBQ being served at 6pm but don't worry, there will be treats circulating throughout the day. Baby food will NOT be provided, so please bring your own.
Will people with special dietary requirements be catered for? >>>Yes, please specify any dietary requirements on the Registration form so can ensure everyone is catered for.
Will there be a bar? >>>On arrival at the event you will be given complimentary drink tokens. Thereafter there will be a bar! The bar will accept cash only.
After the party
Will we have access to the office after the party? >>>By the time the party ends, the weekend will be in full swing. Please don't go back to the office - there should be no need!
